Everyone is super nice usually very descriptive and helpful. Never had a bad experience until today. Because there are NO exchanges or returns at all not even 10 seconds after purchasing and after specifying what I wanted I was given something I totally did not want because it was in a different flavor. Now I'm stuck with something I won't touch because it wasn't properly explained that a different flavor meant a different type entirely. . .really really disappointed cause I wasn't gonna waste another $25 on top of the almost 50 I just spent. And still be stuck with a wasted product
