Happened to be in the area and decided to stop in and grab something, and I’m glad I did. From placing my order online to picking it up, everything was quick and seamless. The attendant at the counter was super informative and managed to build great rapport in just a short interaction. It’s rare to feel that welcomed on a quick stop. I’d definitely visit again the next time I’m driving through the neighborhood.

Made a call to Botera and was greeted very kindly by a manager/Kelsey? I had a small issue with a product and she told me to come right in and we will help! Very thankful for her service. Showing face the next day, I can wholeheartedly say Carter is a wonderful person and employee! He let me explain myself and gave me reassurance that nothing on my end would compromise transaction. I shook his hand and everything went well. I have been coming to this place for a while now and even my first small issue with Botera was immediately resolved.
