Made a call to Botera and was greeted very kindly by a manager/Kelsey? I had a small issue with a product and she told me to come right in and we will help! Very thankful for her service. Showing face the next day, I can wholeheartedly say Carter is a wonderful person and employee! He let me explain myself and gave me reassurance that nothing on my end would compromise transaction. I shook his hand and everything went well. I have been coming to this place for a while now and even my first small issue with Botera was immediately resolved. Thank you Carter, Kelsey, and Botera Union.
